These forcing frequencies are identified while performing a vibration analysis survey. This predictive survey as you can see has enabled you with the information to make an informed decision. This alone doesn’t proactively solve anything. Now it is up to you to take the next step in correcting the root cause of the high vibration (performing a balance). 

Using laser alignment equipment allows for precision alignments to be performed in half the time of conventional methods with more accuracy. Our procedures are very detailed in using our technology to test for the soft foot of the motor and/or coupled equipment, pipe strain, proper coupling gaps, and aligning to tight tolerances. This process is critical in your reliability program to relieve any unnecessary stress/loads of your bearings, seals, gears, coupling, etc.
